Saturday June 16th is a day for all our sailing, swimming and windsurfing members to meet our new members and share some time on the water with them. Please come along and either rig up your own boat or take out an omega and show our new members around the lake. Our esteemed commodore Tim will lead the flotilla around the lake. Push the Boat Out made a fantastic alternative to staying in to watch the royal wedding. A big thankyou to those who volunteered their time to make it such a success. 190 people came and tried out windsurfing and sailing and we welcome 25 new families and 8 individual members who joined that day. New members should have received a welcome message with some details of who to contact. Do come down and make yourself

The recent upturn in the weather has managed to bring out the fleet. The racing was competitive given that the fleet's first outing of the year. Well done to John Hardisty who took 1st place in the Flying Fifteen fleet.
